We have teams competing in the Teesside Juniors Football Alliance at U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, U15 and U18 age groups enabling the children to take part in matches from Redcar to Barnard Castle having fun and making new friends at the same time. Our Girls team competes in the Durham FA league with all matches played at Durham City’s home ground at Belmont. This team has plenty of eager players but requires a manager, so if anyone has a few hours free on a Saturday morning and Monday evening and would be willing to manage the girls team for us, please contact us with your details. FA training can be organised to help obtain coaching certificates, but the girls really need some one who will organise their training, supervise their matches and generally look after their well being when they are with the club. On a final note, please look out for posters advertising our Family Disco’s in Trimdon Village Labour Club; come along with the kids and enjoy a family night out and help raise club funds at the same time. For more information please contact Ian Grimley on 01429 881018 or Ian Harper on 01429 880240 or visit www.intheteam.com/trimdonutd

COFFEE MORNING
Coffee morningThanks very much - the Coffee Morning was for MacMillan Cancer Worlds. The Biggest Coffee Morning - held every year by The Little Rascals of Trimdon Grange Community Centre. We raised £198.40 and we would like to thank everyone who donated raffle prizes, helpers who baked cakes etc. and everyone who came along to support our event. Trimdon Grange Infants & Nursery School Council came down with Miss Worton the Headmistress, who also made a donation to our coffee morning

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO SOMEONE SPECIAL
Miss Nancy Hardy is enjoying her 89th birthday at home with family and friends. Nancy is also celebrating 60 years being a volunteer, who has been a community activist in many ways i.e. raising funds, highlighting the importance of volunteering, local and world wide projects. Miss Hardy has been a secretary, executive member for various organisations i.e. Trimdon Grange Community Centre, chroptomist group, St Alban Church etc the list is too long. Well done Nancy, you are a true example of a community activist and always will be. From Trimdon Grange Community Centre Management Committee
