Situated directly by the sea, Loreto Secondary School, Balbriggan is a Catholic girls’ secondary school. Situated by the sea, on a campus which boasts facilities second to none, Loreto Secondary School Balbriggan is proud of its reputation as one of the finest schools in the country. We aim to create a happy and safe environment which enriches the life of every student and creates the possibilities for her to reach her full potential. There are carefully developed and monitored systems in place to ensure that each student feels a sense of belonging and wellbeing in the school community.
Students attend from 9.10am to 4pm Monday to Friday and 9.10 to 1.20 on a Wednesday. Students may not be absent from school or leave school early except in the case of illness or with permission obtained from the school. In the case of absence, parents/guardians must, upon their daughter's return to the school, communicate the reasons for her absence, via Compass Chronicle.
