BATTLE FIELD Football Club

BATTLE FIELD Football Club is a Sierra Leonean football club based in Freetown. The club was founded in 1995 and currently competes in the Sierra Leone National Premier League.

History

BATTLE FIELD was founded in 1995 by a group of young men from the Battle Field community in Freetown. The club quickly rose through the ranks of the Sierra Leonean football pyramid and won promotion to the Premier League in 2000.

BATTLE FIELD has since established itself as one of the top clubs in Sierra Leone. The club has won the Premier League title three times (2002, 2004, and 2011) and the FA Cup twice (2003 and 2010).

Recent Season

BATTLE FIELD finished in 5th place in the 2021-22 Premier League season. The club reached the semi-finals of the FA Cup, where they were defeated by eventual champions East End Lions.
