Football Academy

The training sessions are age specific ( 6yrs to 9yrs, 10yrs to 14yrs & 15 years) with 3 levels of training being Basic, Intermediate or Advanced level.

Our coaches Work across the 4 main parameters of Football which are :

Technique development is of prime focus be it ball manipulation with emphasis on the “1st” touch, speed & mobility with focus on the 3 A’s which is agility, acceleration and awareness. Key focus is also given to fundamentals of football such as receiving, passing and decision making and finishing . A variety of match related drills and sessions are designed to further ensure skill enhancement such as individual attack and defending techniques that focus on 1v1, 2v2 situations with focus on space creation, successful outcome against discipline defences so on and so forth.

All training sessions are conducted at game level intensity with focus on key fitness ingredients such as speed, balance, agility, quickness, coordination, ensuring short working periods of high intensity keeping the fitness levels of the students at optimum levels. Moreover, this also helps with skills development and quick decision-making during matches.

Along with focus on fitness and physical development of the student, importance is also given to psychological aspects of the sports where students are encouraged to work hard, believe in themselves, learn from their mistakes and give it their best no matter the circumstance.

Developing vision and game awareness is crucial, in football one action is never repeated in exactly the same way and game situations change constantly. Collective practises and experience in different game situations aids players by improving their knowledge of the game.

Basketball Academy

The Gold Standard Sports Basketball training program is an exciting, end to end, high intensity program focused on providing an all-round development plan to the students by some of the finest and most experienced coaches who will lay focus on four components of development.

Students during the program will be exposed to fundamental basketball movement skills and overall motor skills development . Our aim is to deliver dynamic & holistic, training programs to students focused on discipline, learning, development & progression.

Our Player Development Program lays key focus on cultivating a fun learning environment for our students where we encourage our students to Learn key basketball specific fundamentals and basics, establish building blocks for all round development in basketball.

The basketball development program for students above the age of 15 is aimed to motivate and encourage students to be physically fit & actively play the wonderful game of basketball in a unique format with key focus on fitness and conditioning.

The age specific program lays focus on not only Maximizing fitness levels but also provide competitive training to the students along with individual and position-specific skills. Our aim is to Optimize the level of skills and performance of our students.

Cricket Academy

Gold Standard Sports Cricket Training Program focuses on developing cricketers with motivation on the physical and mental aspects of the game. Cricket coaches would address the bowling, batting and fielding aspect of the program which is the basic of cricket to improve and strengthen the fundamentals of the players.

One of the most important aspects of the program is Improving batting technique, hand eye coordination, shot selection, along with running between the wickets. As a coach the duty would be to improve the players ability to read the ball along with key focus on footwork.

Another important role in the team are those of the bowlers. We lay focus on Run-up, bowling action, swing bowling, controlling the inswing and outswing, learning to bowl the length, bouncers and Yorker bowling, spin and fast bowling are a few aspects which we will focus on to improve the skill of young bowlers.

Along with focus on fitness and physical development of the student’s importance is also given to psychological aspects of the sports where students are encouraged to work hard, believe in themselves, learn from their mistakes and give it their best no matter the circumstance.

This includes improving speed, technique of catching, diving to save crucial runs, slip catching which is considered to be a special talent. Due to the emergence of T20 cricket saving runs has become very important part of cricket. All round ability has become important.
