The club’s principles are based on the fundamentals of football and that is: possession, free flow, confidence, decision making, critical thinking, endurance, hunger to win, accuracy and precision passing. The foundational skills are also based on TiKi TAKA. The club’s main slogan is “Follow us and we’ll make you fisher’s of men and if you put in more, you should expect more”. The main goal of the club is to produce the best and most skillful footballers that’ll ultimately change their lives and those of their beloved ones along with redeeming Sierra Leone from football bondage.
