Sarah is a provider of football-related physical development activities for young children aged from walking to 6 years old.

Children attend regular sessions with other children of a similar age, where they master both motor and social skills under the watchful eye of highly qualified coaches. A unique feature of SS Football Academy is the active participation of parents in the sessions.

The primary goal is for children to love their classes and further develop their skills. This passion builds enough confidence for children to participate independently.

1 year old - 2 years old

Easy exercises help children develop balance. SS Football Academy's approach is focused on stimulating the development of social skills, personality, communication skills, counting basics, language and physical development. The primary goal is to settle children into the structure of the session, improve their confidence and attention, develop their basic motor skills and develop a good kicking technique.

2 year old – 3 years old

Once children are walking, they can begin to develop their physical skills further in the areas of coordination, balance and agility.  They also develop comprehension of activities and attention increases. Their football specific ability will improve from range of kicking to been able to dribble and stop a ball unaided.

3 years old - 5 years old

Activities for this age group are centred around the ball control and coordination skills acquired during first and second group sessions. They still work with their parents or carers, but also cooperate with other children in small groups. This is where all the skills learnt to date are transferred into team play and basic football matches.
