FC Bath Player Development Pathway

We actively guide 'advanced' players along appropriate  Player Development Pathways.  Our annual programme of matches with professional academies has proved highly successful in enabling our players to gain access into higher levels of the game.

Our Success Story

FC Bath is a huge success story for the provision of children's football in Bath. From day one the Club's goal has always been much more than football.

By creating a welcoming, supportive and professional environment our young players are able to develop; self-confidence, long lasting friendships, team skills, a competitive spirit and a healthy lifestyle. These factors all enable FC Bath players to flourish well beyond a football environment .

Our success has only been made possible because of the army of parent volunteers who help to run the club and manage the FC Bath teams with such dedication, commitment and compassion throughout the football season. In addition, the charitable support that we have received from many local businesses has been vital to our success story. If your business would like to find out about supporting one of our teams please contact Secretary@fcBath.com

At the heart of our club is a clear and strong philosophy encompassing inclusion, fairness, integrity, respect and exemplary sporting attitude. With these cornerstones in place we aim to ignite every player's ' Passion for Victory '

In 2019 we established a Club Management Committee and a Football Strategy Committee. Both Committees are made up of volunteers from our club, plus a coaching representation from our 'Partner' coaching school,  Soccer Football Coaching [SFC]. These two committees will guide the Club with day-to-day matters and help guide the Club's long-term development strategy.

Although competitive success isn't our no. 1 aim, all FC Bath teams are achieving incredible success in County Leagues and Regional Tournaments season-after-season.

If you are looking for a great sporting environment for your child then come and join us!
